Aleesha could make herself the top female bodybuilder in the later portion of 2010. Aleesha Young was born in 1984 to an athletic family. They also had siblings who played sports, such as skating and hockey. Aleesha has played sports in the past including softball, soccer and basketball. Aleesha was granted her professional card in 2014, after winning her first NPC USA Championships. The first time she competed was in 2008. She also took part at the IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro in which she finished 9th. Her finish was ninth in 2015. Aleesha placed 6th at the IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships in 2015 and 2016. The first time she competed professionally took place at her participation in the Chicago Pro Championships in 2019. She was steadily getting better and won after winning her Chicago Pro Championships. In the year 2020 the bodybuilder completed the best WOS Rising Phoenix performance, in which she finished 4th. Despite this, "Worlds strongest mom", took a short absence from her sport due to health issues.
